Griponal®

When Merck developed Griponal ®, it thought about states of flu and cold with strong nasal congestion and put in his composition active principles for the relief of this syntoms.

Griponal ® contains:

• Paracetamol, analgesic and antipyretic indicated for the rapid relief of symptoms of colds and flu as pain and fever.
• chlorpheniramine maleate with antihistaminic properties, inhibits the secretion of fluid within the respiratory tract and nasal congestion.
• phenylephrine hydrochloride which has vasoconstrictor action, with great effectiveness at reducing nasal secretion.

Griponal ® also has in its composition phenylephrine which is a sympathomimetic with direct effects on adrenergic receptors.
